This morning I went for a walk in the woods. Not expecting anything, especially because I got out too late for any good light. So I was crunching through the woods minding my own business watching a woodpecker and I hear something to my left. I look over my shoulder and a female deer is watching me very curiously. I didn’t pay much attention at first, I thought just leave her alone. But then as I was looking at something closer to the ground I heard crunching to my left again, she was coming over to me. I thought ok, you want to say hi? I will. I did not even plan on taking a pic unless she got up next to me close. She got with about 20 feet and decided that was enough. So I continued on my walk and she continued to watch me until another adolescent deer came to play with her. Here are a couple images, no Photoshop, just Lightroom processing to reveal how I felt when I saw these images and what I wanted to see. Have a nice weekend!
Here is a place the deer love to clean their feet.

Thin ice.
