exceeding expectations

Plumbing is one of those conveniences we have and sometimes take for granted until…. In my previous life I managed commercial construction and have had a lot of experience with many trades. I am grateful for my experience. My wife, Staska, and I have and continue to do little odds and ends to our home, none the least of which is plumbing. After our basement flooded earlier this year, we had a company called the Waterworks out to help us. They did so well we had them back a couple more times for more projects. This week we got a new sink, which I purchased from Home Depot because I thought Waterworks was installing, but they were not contracted to do the install. I thought ok, already here might as well just go ahead anyway, just a sink right! We thought the new sink would help our clogged drain issue, it did not. So I had to have Waterworks come and fix the drain, because the installers were very clear they were just there to install the sink, and touch nothing else. After the Home Depot Installers left, I looked under the sink and noticed the supply lines and hose were not installed correctly. Waterworks was on the way. Long story short, Waterworks’ technician fixed our drain and re-did the plumbing to our sink to make it right. I said I would pay extra for it, but he did it in the time frame we were already paying for. Now I do not want to get this Waterworks person in trouble, in fact he was another example of the Professional and over and above service I strive for also. Give them all your work, period!!!!

Here’s the little helper.
